Job Description

Are you a passionate student who loves football? Do you want to be part of a young, dynamic team and share your love for football with others? Then this weekend job at VisitFootball is for you! As a weekend assistant, you are essential in delivering ideal football trips to our customers and are their first point of contact for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer emergencies via phone and email.
• Customizing packages based on customer preferences.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking match tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry.

Profile

• Availability to work on Saturdays (and potentially Sundays) is a requirement.
• You are an enthusiastic student with a passion for football.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and preferably English (written and verbal).
• Customer-oriented and adept at handling diverse situations.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
