The standard service package is always included when booking a trip or individual tickets through Voetbaltrips. However, you can also upgrade this service package to a plus or premium package. Below, you'll find the differences between these different packages.
Service Package Individual Tickets
If you book individual tickets, you can choose between the standard service package (included) and the premium service package (€25 per person).
Standard Service Package Individual Tickets
- Available 24/7 via our emergency number.
In case of a match change (if a match is not yet definitively scheduled, a change is considered if the match is NOT played on the same weekend):
- You can attend the match on the new date, and your tickets remain valid.
- You can also cancel your tickets; in this case, you will receive 50% of the purchase amount in Voetbaltrips credit (valid for 2 years).
If the match is played without spectators (due to UEFA sanctions, coronavirus, etc.):
- You will receive a full refund in Voetbaltrips credit (valid for 2 years).
If it is not possible for vaccinated individuals to enter the country where the match is played (due to entry restrictions or mandatory quarantine upon arrival):
- You will receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount in Voetbaltrips credit (valid for 2 years).
Premium Service Package Individual Tickets
- Available 24/7 via our emergency number.
In case of a match change (if a match is not yet definitively scheduled, a change is considered if the match is NOT played on the same weekend):
- You can attend the match on the new date, and your tickets remain valid.
- You can also cancel your tickets and receive a full refund in Voetbaltrips credit (valid for 2 years).
If the match is played without spectators (due to UEFA sanctions, coronavirus, etc.):
- You will receive a full refund of the paid amount (excluding service package costs).
If it is not possible for vaccinated individuals to enter the country where the match is played (due to entry restrictions or mandatory quarantine upon arrival):
- You will receive a full refund of the paid amount (excluding service package costs) in Voetbaltrips credit (valid for 2 years).
Service Package Complete Trip
When booking a complete trip, we offer three service packages: the standard service package (included), the plus service package (€25 per person), and the premium service package (€60 per person).
Standard Service Package Complete Trip

- Personal travel document with information about your trip.
In case of a match change outside your flight schedule:
- We assist in finding a replacement flight/hotel/match; however, the costs are your responsibility.
If the match is played without spectators (due to UEFA sanctions, coronavirus, etc.):
- In this case, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price of the match ticket. The other travel components (flight, hotel, and extras) will proceed as planned.
In case of cancellation of your flight(s):
- We assist in finding a replacement flight; any price difference with the canceled flight is your responsibility.
- If no replacement flight is available to attend the match, you are not entitled to compensation.
Plus Service Package Complete Trip
- Available 24/7 via our emergency number.
- Personal travel document with information about your trip.
In case of a match change outside your flight schedule:
- We assist in finding a replacement flight/hotel/match. We cover the additional costs for rebooking your flight. Any other hotel nights are your responsibility.
If the match is played without spectators (due to UEFA sanctions, coronavirus, etc.):
- In this case, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price of the match ticket. The other travel components (flight, hotel, and extras) will proceed as planned.
In case of cancellation of your flight(s):
- We assist in finding a replacement flight; any price difference with the canceled flight can usually be reclaimed from the airline.
- If no replacement flight is available to attend the match, you will receive a full refund of the travel amount in Voetbaltrips credit.
Premium Service Package Complete Trip
- Available 24/7 via our emergency number.
- Personal information document with information about your trip.
In case of a match change outside your flight schedule:
- We assist in finding a replacement flight/hotel/match.
- The additional costs for rebooking your flight and any other hotel nights (up to 2 nights) are covered by us.
- You can reschedule your trip to another match for free.
- You can cancel your trip and receive a full refund in Voetbaltrips credit.
If the match is played without spectators (due to UEFA sanctions, coronavirus, etc.):
- You can reschedule your trip to another match for free.
- You can cancel your trip and receive a full refund in Voetbaltrips credit.
In case of cancellation of your flight(s):
- We assist in finding a replacement flight; we cover any price difference with the canceled flight.
- If no replacement flight is available to attend the match, you will receive a full refund of the travel amount in Voetbaltrips credit.
