Visit Football Booking Conditions


At Visit Football the most important thing for us is the service you receive from us. We will go above and beyond the level of service normally offered by tour operators to leave you feeling like an honoured guest. We don’t want you to worry about anything, that’s our job!

The terms and conditions are set out here, please read them and assure yourself of our commitment to you and your holiday.


The General Terms and Conditions, outline the relationship between Visit Football Limited and our contractual partners referred to as "guest" throughout this document, concerning the provision of travel services. The ‘Guest” is stated in this contract may also be an agent who is purchasing these services on behalf of their clients. It is the responsibility of the Agent to pass on the details in this document to their clients and Visit Football will not be held responsible should any client of an agent not be aware of all terms and conditions of their booking as outlined here.

Visit Football Limited provide our services exclusively on the basis of our terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The general terms and conditions shall apply as long as they are not changed, for all individual contracts between Visit Football and the other party ("guest").


There shall be no contract between Visit Football and the other party (“guest”) until Visit Football has received a signed booking form and payment of the deposit as shown on the payment schedule and invoice.

The holiday contract is made by Visit Football with the person who signs the booking form, even though payments may be made by others, and every person signing the booking form is fully responsible for the holiday contract.

Your holiday contract with Visit Football is made up of the following:

  • These terms and conditions
  • The booking forms
  • The payment schedule and invoice
  • The itinerary


The majority of Visit Football tour's are priced per person and are shown in either GBP or CNY. For some private bookings we may create a package price and this is shown as Total amount payable.

Our tours have minimum and maximum numbers of guests and these are shown within the individual tour pages. Prices are based upon meeting these minimum number of guests. On the website the majority of our tour prices shown do NOT include flights, insurance or visa fees, unless otherwise stated.



Visit Football is proud to use only high quality and personally selected hotels for our tours. We will always use hotels of the rating as stipulated in the tour itineraries. Most tours with Visit Football will start at a prearranged hotel as stated in the Tour Voucher, which will be sent to guests upon their booking. Most hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 11 AM and arriving guests to check-in after 3 PM to allow for cleaning and maid service. We are very happy to arrange extra hotel nights before or after your trip, please let us know if you would like to arrange this.

Single = 1 person per room
Double = 2 people per room (1 Bed) unless specified that 1 person occupancy is required.
Twin = 2 people per room (2 Beds)
Triple = 3 people per room
Quad = 4 people per room


Visit Football guarantees to provide match tickets. Wherever possible we will provide all guests seating in the same block together. However due to the popularity of Premier League & other football events some tickets may be in a different area of the ground. We will always guarantee at least two tickets will be together, and that all pitch views will be of a comparable level. (On booking Visit Football will purchase all necessary match tickets, so if bookings are made at different times these seats cannot be guaranteed together.)

Our VIP tours include match tickets within the hospitality suites. Certain matches within the premier league are priced higher than others, so it is not possible to substitute one match ticket for another.


In order to confirm a place on a Visit Football tour guests must follow the payment schedule outlined below.

  1. 1. A deposit of 50% of the total tour costs must be made upon booking.

    2. Full payment must be made upon booking if bookings are made within 21 days of the tour departure (or earlier for some tour departures) unless otherwise stated in a payment schedule document.

    3. Balance payments must be received by Visit Football no less than 21 days prior to departure (unless otherwise stated).

    4. Payments can be made in GBP or CNY, and we accept most forms of credit/debit cards (China Union Pay, Visa, Mastercard). If guests would prefer we can also accept a money order or direct bank transfer.

    5. Visit Football will confirm receipt of deposit and balance payments in writing via email. We will send reminder emails to prompt you about balance payments.

    6. We regret that if balance payments are not made within the required timeframe then we cannot guarantee your place on the tour and Visit Football reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and cancellation charges will apply (see cancellation policy below)

    7. Once payment has been received we will send out an invoice/receipt via email within three working days.

Visit Football reserves the right to increase the tour cost to take account of the following: government action, currency exchange rates, transportation costs (including the cost of fuel), overflying charges, airport charges, local taxes and increase in scheduled air fares.



  • All accommodation whilst on tour
  • All transport arrangements during your tour
  • A tour representative to accompany your group
  • Some but not all meals (please check the tour itineraries for full details as this varies from tour to tour)
  • All activities mentioned in the individual tour itineraries
  • All Taxes and VAT current at the date of booking


  • · Passport and Visa fees – unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Tips - England (& Europe) has an established tipping culture within the service industry, for example approx. 10% of a restaurant bill is an expected tip for a waiter/waitress.
  • Insurance for Health or lost luggage. It is a requirement of a Visit Football tour that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance for their trip. A tour representative at the start of our Visit Football tours will collect these details.
  • Vaccinations! When travelling abroad we would always recommend that guests seek advice from their health practitioner about what vaccinations are required in the country they are visiting.


All guests will be asked to complete a short form on booking regarding any special dietary or health requirements they may have, in order that Visit Football and your tour representative can best meet your needs whist on tour.

If the client has any special requests, he should inform the Visit Football team at the time of booking. Visit Football will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the contract, Visit Football does not guarantee to do so. If Visit Football confirms that a special request has been noted or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it.


In the very unlikely event that a Visit Football tour has to be cancelled these are the rules we have to stick to. While we make every effort to guarantee that all our tours depart there are some outside factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, that may result in us having to cancel a tour.

To be on the safe side we highly recommend that guests purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance, often included as part of a Travel Insurance policy (check your insurance policy to see if they include this), to protect against trip cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.


We hope that guests will be able to travel on their Visit Football tour, but if not and the guest has to cancel, and has already paid their deposit or balance payment then the cancellation charges shown below are those which will apply to most tours. However some tours may have different charges in relation to their proximity of the balance due date and the tour departure date.

If cancelling within:

  • 60 days or more before the tour start date – retention of deposit (50 % of total tour cost)
  • 59 – 30 days before tour start date – 75 % of total tour cost payable
  • 29 – 14 days before tour start date – 90 % of total tour cost payable
  • Less than 14 days before tour start date – 100% of total tour cost payable

To further clarify this once deposit payments have been taken refunds cannot be given under any circumstances. Wherever possible we will attempt to transfer payment to another tour however certain aspects of the tour package (which may be supplied by other suppliers) are not refundable or transferable. Each guest situation will be handled separately and may differ.

In an event of a guest cancellation causing a reduction in group size, corresponding deposits of cancelled guest(s) blocks are non-refundable and non-transferable (e.g. to the balance of the remaining group). If cancellation by one or more guest(s) alters the room requirements of the remaining guest(s), those guest(s) still traveling must pay the revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions in any circumstances.


If for any reason Visit Football has to cancel a planned tour departure, for example due to minimum guest numbers not being met, then we will either refund the guest or transfer the deposits made by the guests to another tour departure. In the unlikely instance that a Visit Football tour is cancelled the guest will be notified as soon as possible, and if the guest requests a refund then 100% refund will be given of payments made by the guest to date.


In order to book a trip or use our site you must confirm that you are over 18 by ticking the box.


Currency rates are based on the current exchange rate at the time of booking.


All guests attending a Visit Football tour are required by our conditions to hold personal travel and health insurance.

If an accident occurs on a Visit Football tour, for which gross negligence on the part of Visit Football is deemed to be the cause then Visit Football will pay an amount of compensation which will be negotiated and agreed. Each case would be agreed separately with the guest and situation taken into account.


Complaints must be brought to the attention of Visit Football at the time. We can only resolve any complaints if they are brought to our attention. Failure to bring any complaints to our attention at the time may impact the validity of a claim made at a later date against us. If the clients complaint can not be resolved on tour, then any claims against Visit Football must be filed within 1 month of the completion of the tour.


Visit Football is obliged to provide our tour services as outlined in the travel itineraries, and the guest has the right to complain if we fail to do so. However due to the provision of some third party services within our packages we cannot take responsibility for changes that must be made in circumstances outside of our control. We also cannot take responsibility for alterations to the tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.

Visit Football will do its best to operate all tours as advertised, it reserves the right to change and correct errors in any of the facilities, services, prices or itineraries described in quotations or our website at any time before or after your booking is confirmed


We want all of our guests to have the best experience possible when on a Visit Football tour. However, you are responsible for your own actions. You must hold personal travel and health insurance to attend one of our tours. Visit Football, our guides, leaders, and support staff do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure to time of return arising out of any such event organised by Visit Football.

The guest agrees to accept the authority and decisions of Visit Football’s employees, tour leaders and guides whilst on tour with Visit Football. If in the opinion of any such person or person(s) of authority (such as for example an airline pilot or hotel manager), the health, or conduct of a guest at any time before or during a tour is endangering or appears likely to endanger the health or wellbeing of the guest or any third party or the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the guest may be excluded from all or part of the tour without refund or recompense. Where a client is excluded Visit Football will have no further responsibility towards them and we will not meet any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the exclusion. In the case of ill health, Visit Football may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the guest. If a guest commits an illegal act (including for example causing any damage) the guest may be excluded from the tour and Visit Football shall cease to have any responsibility to or for them as above. No refund will be given for any used services. When you book with us you accept any responsibility for any loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be made direct to the accommodation manager or owner or other supplier or to us as soon as possible. If the actual cost of the loss or damage exceeds the amount paid where estimated, then you must pay the difference once known. If the actual cost is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded. You will also be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us and all costs incurred by us (including our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.


In order to process your booking Visit Football needs to collect certain personal details from you. These details usually include the names and addresses of party members, credit or debit or other payment details and special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition that may affect the holiday arrangements. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.

 Hotel images featured in our quotations and website are used for illustration purposes only. You specific hotel (where accommodation is included as part of your chosen tour) may differ from the representation provided. Clients hereby agree that any images taken of their likeness whilst a participant on tours provided by Visit Football or through the supply of images by fellow clients can be used in any form of media for Visit Football.


The Contract (incorporating these booking conditions) and all matters arising from it, is governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


The presentation of our tour packages as outlined on the website is not a legally binding contract. Only when both parties have signed a legal contract in the form of an invoice and service agreement, are we under contract to provide our services.

A Booking is accepted and becomes legally binding only from the date when Visit Football has confirmed its acceptance in writing and issued a confirmation invoice. It is at this point that a contract between Visit Football and ‘the guest’ or agent comes into existence. The contract is between Visit Football and ‘the guest’ namely all persons named on the booking form travelling or intending to travel with Visit Football.

Payment of the booking deposit is acceptance of our terms and conditions as set out here, and also acts as your guarantee of a place on the tour.

The client, agent or guest must accept and sign Visit Football’s booking terms and conditions when booking a football experience with us. The Person signing the booking form (which in corporates the full terms and conditions outlined here) warrants that he/she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear on the booking form and confirms that all such persons are aware of and accept these conditions.
