FAQ
FAQ
What makes Visit Football different from other companies?
We provide you with more than a match ticket and a hotel for the night, we give you a real insight into Football in the UK. Our personally designed and fully guided tours will show you aspects of football that you didn't know existed. You will come away with a real understanding and excitement for the culture of England and the Premier League.
Can I see other football teams than the ones mentioned in your itineraries?
Yes of course you can. Our set itineraries focus on the top Premier League teams but Visit Football would encourage you to branch out and visit other clubs, where the atmopshere can be even more electric than at some of the more established teams. Just go to the "Custom Tour" page, let us know which football team you would like to see and we can create your dream football trip.
Will all seats at the matches be together?
VIP Seating for our Gold, Silver or Bronze packages will all be within the same executive area or suite at your desired football ground.
For some of our tours, for example our Sports Clubs and Educational tours or Short break tours, where seating will be within the general seating bracket, we endeavour to get all seats together and will guarantee that at least two seats per booking will be together.
How does Visit Football get the match tickets?
Having been season ticket holders at a Premier League club in the past, as well as currently holding five hundred dividend shares in Norwich City Football Club, we understand the nature of buying tickets for these sought after events.
We have established links with several Premier League teams about the provision of match tickets, stadium tours and hospitality packages for Visit Football. For our VIP tours we will be acquiring Matchday hospitality tickets with, Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. These tickets will be ordered up to two months in advance through the VIP hospitality teams at the respective clubs.
We do also provide general match seating for selected premier league matches. These tickets are booked upon request, speak to one of our destination managers for more information, or to enquire about a specific match.
Is there a required group size?
Visit Football prides itself on keeping our group sizes small. We believe that with small group sizes you, our honoured guest, will recieve a more focused and personal service and will be able to truly experience your unique football travel package.
Each of our tours have different minimum and maximum group numbers.
For our short breaks tours we have a minimum number of 4 guests and maximum of 12, and with our superb Educational and Sports Club tours we run on a minimum of 12 and maximum of 25 guests.
Of course every group is different and so especially with VIP enquiries we will tailor the tour to suit the number of guests who wish to travel.
Can I book as an individual? Your tour details say that there are minimum group numbers, what does this mean?
Yes you can book as an individual. If you join a tour which says there is a minimum number of guests then until that minimum number of guests is fulfilled then the trip is not guaranteed to depart. In the unlikely event that these numbers are not met, and you have already paid a deposit / partial payment, then your deposit can be transferred to another tour.
What is the food like?
The food that you will enjoy on one of our Visit Football VIP tours depends on which level of opulence you choose. Please see the individual tour itineraries for full details. We can guarantee that you will enjoy the best food that England has to offer with the guidance of our experts in this field.
For our shorter breaks we like to combine English European and Asian cuisines and can accomodate any particluar requests.
On our Educational and Sports group tours we offer high quality buffet style food of all varieties so we can guarantee you will find something to your taste.
Who will lead my trip?
Our experienced destination managers are passionate about football, highly knowledgable about our tours, and will be on hand throughout the trip to guide you along your football journey!

You can pay online using a credit/ debit card with China Union Pay, Visa or MasterCard. Or you can contact us and make a direct bank transfer if you wish.
What does partial payment / 50% deposit mean?

If you choose full payment then you will have no further instalments to make. But if you select Partial payment then you must make a second/ final payment. We do assist with the application for visas, and are happy to write letters of invitation. If you require support in making a visa application and would like to use one of our recommended service providers please contact us.
What insurance will you provide?
The company holds all relevant public liability, professional indemnity and company insurance.
Each guest of Visit Football must provide your own Personal Travel and Health Insurance for the trip. It is a requirement of booking a tour with Visit Football that all guests must have trip insurance, these details will be checked with your destination manager before embarking on the tour.
We would also recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance, to protect against unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
Why do some tours start in the middle of the week?
Some of our longer tours start in the middle of the week as Premier League football matches in the UK can be changed from a Saturday, to a Sunday or Monday evening. This is mostly due to them being screened on television. By scheduling our tours to run from midweek we can guarantee that you will see the match planned for your week, which ever day it is scheduled for!
